WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES JP STYLE, LLC ACCEPT?

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

You will only be charged sales tax if your order is being shipped to the state of Missouri.

DOES JENNY PRESENT® OFFER GIFT-WRAPPING?

Yes, all jewelry comes packaged with care instructions, free of charge. If you would like your jewelry packaged in our signature chocolate brown box with a bow ready for gift giving, you will be given that option on each product page. The cost is $3.75 per gift box.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR ORDERS?

All of the jewelry is made to order. All orders will be shipped within two business days with the exception of custom/personalized pieces. Custom pieces can sometimes take up to five days to be shipped. Please note we don't ship or process orders on the weekends.  If you need an item on a rush basis, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs!

WHEN MONOGRAMMING, WHAT ORDER DO THE LETTERS GO IN?

A monogrammed piece of jewelry from jenny present® is a great gift to give or receive. Not sure how to place the letters of a monogram? It can be a little tricky. See our monogram guide below.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JENNY PRESENT® JEWELRY?

Please take special care when wearing and storing your delicate piece. Make sure to store jewelry in an airtight bag away from sunlight to help keep metal's luster. Polish with a soft jewelry cloth when luster begins to fade. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and hairspray. Do not wear your jewelry while showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping or cleaning. Please, follow these steps to ensure your jewelry lasts for years to come.

Our brass pendants feature a clear nano-coating that helps protect the jewelry from tarnishing. Over time the coating will wear off. When this happens, a polishing cloth may be used to restore the jewelry's luster.

The Sunshine® Cloth, available here through jenny present®, is a perfect way to polish your sterling silver, gold, and brass jewelry, but is not recommended for use on gold plated items. To ensure a longer lasting gold finish on gold plated pieces avoid excess wiping or rubbing. Too much rubbing will cause the layer of gold to wear off. If necessary, use a soft cotton cloth, warm water, and a tiny bit of mild liquid soap to clean gold plated jewelry. Be sure not to use a paper towel, for this can damage the gold plating.

The Sunray™ Liquid Jewelry Cleaner, available here through jenny present®, is ideal for cleaning all of your sterling silver, silver-plated, gold-plated, gold filled, brass, and copper jewelry. Works well on our gold and sterling silver wire wrapped gemstones and pearls, too! Just place your pendants, charms, chains, and stones in the liquid and watch as your jewelry begins to transform! Remove from liquid, rinse under running water, and dry with a soft cloth.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY IS IN NEED OF REPAIR?

While it is not anticipated, your jewelry may need repairs from time to time if care instructions are not followed properly. If an item is in need of repair please contact customerservice@jennypresent.com to coordinate. Jewelry will be repaired or replaced (including shipping and handling), at jp style, LLC's discretion, if due to manufacturing defects. Cost (including shipping and handling) to repair or replace jewelry due to normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JENNY PRESENT® APPAREL?

We recommend washing your new apparel inside out and air-drying to ensure long wear.
