Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is most important and we very much value your business! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the unworn and unused item within 10 days of receiving the jewelry. Please note that the exchange must be of equal or greater value. All shipping costs to exchange the item are the customer's responsibility. We will not accept the exchange if the piece has been damaged in any way. Email customerservice@jennypresent.com to coordinate the exchange. All custom/personalized pieces are FINAL sale. Should jp style, LLC make a mistake on the custom order, it will be replaced at no cost, including shipping and handling expenses. Should the customer make a mistake in the ordering process, all costs and replacement are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping and handling costs. jp style, LLC will work hard at making it right for everybody.
