Shipping Information

We ship via UPS and USPS. You can estimate the cost of shipping on the checkout page. The exact cost will be calculated during the checkout process. communicates directly with UPS and USPS and jenny present® does not profit from shipping costs. You will be given the different pricing and delivery time options at checkout.  If you need an item on a rush basis, please email to arrange for quicker delivery if possible. Please note, jp style, llc cannot be held responsible for lost packages. UPS can't ship to P.O. Boxes. For customers who require shipments made to a P.O. Box, FPO or APO address, please select one of the USPS options.


If your package is returned to jp style, llc due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs to re-ship the package. If for some reason, jp style, llc has made an error regarding shipping the address, the cost to re-ship the package will be at our expense.


The release of a package is at the driver's discretion. With this, if the UPS driver senses any suspicious behavior or inclement weather the driver has the right to withhold delivery and try to deliver on the following business day. If by the third attempt the driver is unable to deliver the package the package will be returned to jp style, llc.

If the recipient is receiving notices from UPS regarding their package delivery (example 1st attempt, 2nd attempt) and the receiver wishes, he/she may place a note on the door with a request for the UPS driver. The note should state the following: Driver release package for the following tracking number (write the tracking number) and the receiver must sign this note. With this information, the driver will leave the package.


Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipments can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks once your order has been processed and shipped. Please be aware that occasionally customs can slow shipments down, but jp style, llc cannot control or prevent customs delays. In addition, customs fees for importing will vary from country to country. You as the customer are responsible for all import fees incurred if any. Selecting UPS Express, Express Saver or Expedited greatly reduces customs fees (when applicable.)


Although we don’t anticipate this happening, if for some reason your package is not delivered within the allotted shipping time frame for service selected; please contact the shipping carrier and take the necessary action(s) to find out the status of any undelivered packages. We are not held responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages.
